Humans ask question upon question! As soon as I offer them new knowledge they are already asking new questions, even before they have understood and absorbed all that I have offered them.

This is their great mistake! Restlessly, they want to move forward. If I were to adapt to them in this matter they would never accomplish anything; for with their questioning they always remain stationary in the same spot, like a sluggish wanderer who sits comfortably in the shade of a forest and lets others tell him about his destination, instead of rousing himself and setting out towards it.

On their path, they will indeed behold and experience everything themselves that they wish to know, by answering the questions they constantly allow to arise within themselves. But they must move; otherwise, they will not reach their goal!

I said in the lecture “Woman and Man” that everyone should draw practical applications from My Words for their current earthly existence! If they wish to follow this advice, they have no choice but to bring My Words to life within themselves exactly as I give them to him; for I know exactly what an needs needs for this, and I always structure my lectures accordingly. They must follow the discourses word for word; for within them lies a ladder that carefully guides their soul upwards. A path the soul can walk, if only it wills to!

But their hasty questioning show that they want to ‘learn’ in their usual intellectual manner as it has been accustomed, and once again sets aside the necessary experience. Learning benefits the soul nothing; for what is learned remains behind here on this earth with the body at the very first step. Only what is experienced does the soul take with it! I have said this many times before, and yet the earthly humans keeps approaching the Holy Word in the wrong way again! They do not trust me in this and think they know better, or they is reluctant to step out of their old, familiar ways.

The structure of my lectures contains wise guidance that they do not understand. Nor is it at all necessary for them to recognize it in this respect, provided they merely follow it and do not try to rush ahead in their desire for knowledge like hurried readers of a book who read it for the sake of suspense, merely to fill their spare hours and distract themselves from the one-sided thinking about their daily activities.

While reading, they do not see the people in the book come alive before them; they pay no attention to the individual developments that the characters must undergo within themselves; they do not see the sharply drawn conclusions that emerge from these, which are capable of constantly altering the circumstances and the surroundings. They pay no heed to any of this, but rush headlong forward, merely to quickly find out this or that in the plot! They derive no benefit from the best books, which depict a part of earthly life, from which the readers could draw much for themselves if they truly experienced everything within themselves!

Just like those readers who, in their eagerness, seek to devour every book, yet never recognize their true purpose and meaning, but can only distinguish between two types for themselves: exciting and unexciting books, so too are those individuals who immediately allow questions to arise within themselves again as soon as they read a lecture from the knowledge of Creation.
They should first, with the greatest effort and expenditure of energy, seek to draw from what each lecture offers them!

If something does not immediately appear entirely clear to them in the process, they must not look forward in their search, but must look back into the Message to delve into it and find the clarification there.

And humans will find it if they allow the Message to arise before them vividly in their spirit! They find everything if they truly seek. In this necessary seeking, however, the Message becomes ever clearer, stronger and more secure within them. Through this, they come to know it ever better and... experience it! It is precisely in this way that I compel them to do something which, in the spiritual sluggishness that still partly rests upon all people, they would never do of their own accord.

In this lies a guidance unrecognized by them, which is an invaluable aid to them in bringing my Message to life. In the process, they learn to recognize everything that is expressed in the Message, everything that lies within it, of which they previously had no idea despite having read it. They see how they can delve into this Message and, in doing so, makes the discovery – which appears ever anew to them – that the actually find everything within it, that it was solely down to themselves, to their feeble way of seeking, that they had previously overlooked so much.

The current and subsequent lectures are an expansion of the Message! Anyone who wishes to understand them must also be familiar with the Message. It is a whole that must also be maintained in the fixed order if it is to become true knowledge.

Not a single passage can be omitted. And for knowledge of Creation, that is not too much to ask. Whoever finds that too much will never be able to complete it. Yet without such knowledge, there is no further ascent nor any prolonged sojourn; for the time of being able to exist in ignorance of it is over.

God, your Lord and Creator, now demands this of you! Whosoever withdraws from this, God withdraws from them! And without God’s Grace, no human can exist. You have no choice at all if you wish to continue to exist; for God now sets forth His conditions to His creatures!

Just look around you, but with an unclouded gaze, not dulled by any self-satisfied notion, and you must surely recognize how everything that is not in accordance with God’s Will will now gradually begin to shake and come crashing down! There is no power in Creation that can successfully resist God’s Laws from now on! Heed these words of mine and recognize in current and future events the hand of God, which is visibly intervening in human affairs! —

I seek for you the best path to lead you. But you must walk with me with firm steps and must not try to rush ahead constantly like the readers whose superficiality I demonstrated to you as an example.

So it is also with my last lecture on ‘Woman and Man’. As I know people, questions will again arise in their minds before they take the trouble to find an answer in the Message or in the lecture itself, and, not least, through observing those around them in their present earthly existence! It is precisely in this that you will find the most, for, viewed from the perspective of My Message, it provides you with abundant confirmation of everything I have explained to you! But mark well: only if you view it from the content of My Message!

This requires that you position yourselves correctly within the Message. If you are able to do this, then you will be able to recognize everything, absolutely everything, in your surroundings immediately and with complete clarity, and through this you will become knowledgeable, you will become wise! You will then read earthly existence just as one reads a book. It has been opened up to you through the Message!

Just try it. Your eyes will then be opened quickly, and you will thereby be awakened! Spare no effort to achieve this necessity!

Not that you should thereby only see the faults of those around you! That is not the intention; rather, you should recognize Life itself therein, with all its consequences and changes, to which my Message is your guide and will always remain your guide in unchanging faithfulness! Only in life or through Life itself do you recognize all the values of my Message, not through your desire to know. And through the Message, you can in turn view life correctly, in a way that is of benefit to you. Here, too, everything works reciprocally, and true knowledge comes only through experience!

In this way, you will soon become one with the Message; it will become life for you, because you can only recognize it from within this life; for it speaks to you of life.

You must therefore seek to recognize the value of the Message not in the book itself, but in the observation of life! Through diligent and most careful observation of everything that is happening around you and within yourselves, you must contribute to the possibility that you may rediscover the Message in the life from which it speaks to you.

This is the path for you to the true understanding of My Words, which must bring you benefit and ultimately victory over the darkness! Thereby, the crown of eternal life will come to you quite of its own accord; that is the eternal, self-conscious right to exist within this Creation, through which you can then contribute, spreading blessings, to its further development for the joy and peace of all creatures. —

And indeed, after my last lecture, questions did arise within you once more! Questions which must even bring a certain sense of oppression, even though an answer to them is easily found in the Message; for it states comfortingly that every consequence of a wrong action also holds within it the possibility of redemption and thus release, as soon as the human spirit learns from it and recognizes the error.

And yet there is a certain anxiety in it when a person with advanced knowledge tells themselves that they are a distorted human soul, having been a woman on one occasion and a man on another on Earth, or vice versa. A pressure is placed upon their soul in this situation.

This is, of course, wrong and yet another case of throwing the baby out with the bathwater; for the most obvious conclusion is the realization that such a person had distorted their soul! The distortion need not still exist. In reality, they have merely changed their garment, their body! The spirit itself, however, remained, despite all the changes, always that which it had first resolved to be at the beginning of its wanderings through Creation; for in this respect, as with everything in Creation, for it there is only one singular and decisive free decision, to which it then remains bound.

The distress thus arises only from a too superficial reception of the Message; for from this, everyone must realize that precisely such a change could be of benefit to the person concerned. It gives them the possibility of straightening themselves again, compels them to do so, yes, helps them in the strongest way to make everything good again. The soul can even grow stronger through such experiences.

Now, however, it must not be thought once again that those whose path remained straight missed out on something. This is not the case; rather, it is only where a distortion occurred through one’s own false volition, there the change can graciously become beneficial, in order to strengthen this distorted soul, which thereby showed a weakness, so that it does not repeat it. Naturally, this also means that the fault falls away from it.

Now look around you and observe people around you! Soon you will find among them women who possess masculine traits in their nature. Today, in particular, there are more of them than ever before. One might say that much of what is feminine today appears to be positively contaminated by this; for it is not difficult to understand that in such a woman or girl there is, or must be, something distorted in her nature, because a woman, by nature, cannot and should not be a man.

By this I do not, of course, mean the body; for this is almost always distinctly feminine, with the exception of the hips, which in most such cases are reminiscent of the male due to their narrowness, which is therefore in reality unfeminine.

I mention this purposely, because I am thereby naming an external feature. The female body in which a distorted male soul dwells will, in most cases, possess this characteristic of narrow hips tending towards a masculine build, in contrast to those whose soul strives only towards some form of masculinization, be it in their views or in their activities, thereby creating a tendency that weaves the threads for the next incarnation into a male body.

Of course, there are also exceptions in the physique of women due to degeneration caused by overbreeding, by the mothers’ one-sided sporting activities, or by their incorrect physical exercise, the consequences of which are passed on to the children.

This brings us straight to the two main groups that we must distinguish from one another:

The one group consists of women and girls on earth who already harbour a distorted masculine soul within them, and the other group consists of those who still harbour feminine souls, but who are striving towards masculinization through distorted concepts which they have either voluntarily adopted or received through incorrect upbringing or flawed public education.

I need hardly mention that in the latter cases, it is not only the female souls themselves who must bear the consequences, but those who provide the cause are also woven into the threads of guilt.

However, we do not wish to digress too far on this point, but shall remain with our two groups identified thus far.

Let us set aside the first group for the moment; for these are distorted feminine souls, whose earthly bodies, due to their density and the associated heaviness, can no longer change in the current earthly existence. This remains reserved for their next incarnation.

Yet even before that, salvation is still offered to them. If, in this present existence, they can still rouse themselves and vigorously shake off the unwomanly! This must immediately cause new threads to form, which tend towards and draw towards feminine incarnation, whilst the others receive no further supply of energy.

Ultimately, however, the decisive factor is the state of the soul at the time of departure, and towards which side it then leans most strongly. If feminine volition, thought and action have regained the upper hand within her by then, her radiation upon leaving the earth will strive chiefly towards those threads and thereby enliven such threads as lead towards the feminine, while the others may then quickly wither and fall away in a brief, fleeting experience of the afterlife, if they were not previously too strongly knotted.

It is also possible that these false threads may wither away even during the earthly life through strong feminine volition, and the soul may be freed from them again before it has to pass over. All this depends on the nature and strength of the respective will and on whether the soul incarnated on earth has sufficient time left to do so before it must depart; for the law must be fulfilled in any case. Either from here, or then after passing over.

But for our consideration today, let us only take the distorted souls which, as a consequence of this distortion, are already incarnated in a corresponding earthly body.

Among these, first of all, the earthly femininity in which weak male souls have incarnated, because in a previous life they strayed too far from purely masculine thinking and action. This already explains that such earthly women can only be weak male souls. Therefore, it is by no means something to be proud of when a woman, contrary to the feminine nature, seeks to bring masculine traits to the fore or displays them at all.

Such a woman is not truly strong in her thinking or actions in any direction, neither in the masculine nor the feminine sense. She would also gain more for herself in earthly terms if she sought to suppress the distortion.

Her experience, however, helps her toward change; for she must soon notice that a genuine man never feels at ease in her presence. He finds no understanding for her within himself. Harmony can arise even less, since true masculinity is repelled by all that is false, including a woman’s masculine striving! A marriage between a true man and a woman who harbours a distorted masculine soul within herself can only take place on a purely intellectual basis. True harmony will never arise from this.

However, such a woman will in any case be involuntarily drawn to those men who harbour a distorted feminine soul within themselves!

These latter, too, are unconsciously regarded as incomplete by those men who are not themselves distorted. Yet in this unconscious feeling and behaviour lies the compulsion of truth, of reality.

All the consequences of these involuntary, instinctive actions, which we might call ‘natural’, have an educational effect on the distorted souls; through the painful experiences they undergo in their disappointments, they are bent back towards the right direction, at least in many cases. This does not, however, preclude them from falling into such or similar errors again and again later on. If they do not grow stronger through these experiences, they remain like reeds swaying in the wind. Yet there is much, so much that humans can now spare themselves in the future by gaining knowledge of this. Much suffering and much time! For until now, a soul could not become aware of its own distortion.

Just as it is with male souls in female bodies, so it is with female souls in male bodies. In both cases, these are the same consequences of a single, unbendable law.

One thing will strike you when observing your surroundings, which I have already mentioned in my lecture today: that, strangely enough, female souls in male bodies feel drawn to male souls in female bodies, and vice versa. Thus, in most cases, it is precisely the woman with a stronger intellectual will and predominantly masculine character traits who feels unconsciously drawn to a man with more delicate character traits.

However, this is not merely an unconscious search for balance; rather, the great law of the attraction of like kinds is at work here!

The homogeneity lies in the distortion of the souls! Both souls are distorted and have in this a truly existing likeness that attracts according to the law.

A man’s attraction to a woman, sexual desire being excluded, is the consequence or effect of a different law, not that of the attraction of homogeneous kind. For a better understanding, it is appropriate for me to say something here about homogeneous kind and explain what is means; for therein lies the decisive factor.

The attraction of homogeneous kinds is not the only force that appears to have an attractive effect. There is a great difference in the processes of apparent attraction. The attraction of homogeneous kinds, this great Law of Creation, is, however, fundamental to all striving for union in Creation, regardless of the manner in which this occurs. This great law determines all these processes, brings them about and also governs them. It hovers above all and acts as a driving force within them and through them in the entire weaving of Creation.

I shall therefore first distinguish the types of attraction according to the nature of their actual effect, that is, according to their mode of operation: into true attraction, and into the desire for union of separated parts of a certain kind, which is inevitably brought about by this great, all-encompassing and determining Law!

There is thus, within the workings of Creation, an attraction and a desire for union! The outward effect of both processes appears to be the same. The driving force within them, however, is entirely different.

Attraction arises from similar, self-contained species, while the desire for union lies in the splits within a species, which continue to strive to form a single kind once more!

The principle established by humans that opposites attract but like poles repel is therefore only in apparent contradiction to the Law of Attraction of Homogeneous Species.

In reality, there is no contradiction here; for the principle established by humans is valid and correct for the process of the desire for union by the various split species to form a specific and complete species. But only in this respect! It is only amongst the complete species themselves that the actual Law of the Attraction of Homogeneous Species comes into force, which thereby initiates the driving effect of the search for union into a specific and complete species. It resonates above and within them.

What humans have so far recognized in their science are merely the minor processes occurring amongst split species. They have not yet discovered the effect and activity of the actual species at all, because on earth and in its immediate vicinity there are only split species that is, parts, whose effects and consequences he has been able to observe.

Thus, the female spirit and the male spirit are each merely a split species, striving towards one another in search of union according to the Laws of Creation; that is, merely parts which, even when in their union, contribute only a part to the actual species of the spiritual!

What has been said here, however, concerns only the fundamental characteristics between the feminine and the spiritual, whilst the envelopes of the soul and, ultimately, the envelopes of coarse materiality are further splittings of other species, which, in accordance with their particular fundamental nature, exert a desire for union and thereby exhibit specific results.

Humankind itself, for example, is not a specific kind, but merely a division that carries within it a desire for union.

But their evil thoughts or evil deeds are a specific kind that attracts like-kinds and is attracted by them! You can see from this that a complete species can emerge from a splitting of species, and not merely further splittings.

I want to give one more indication here: in the attraction of homogeneous species lies a very specific, immutable conditionality. In this also rests a stronger force, which is anchored in the fundamental Law. In the desire for union of the split species, however, there lies a greater freedom of movement, due to a weakened force. For this reason, the split species can unite in various ways, thus producing varying effects and forms.

Once again, I can only give you a brief outline of this today, since all these points extend into a thousandfold and we would never reach an end. If I do not clear a very specific path for you within this, one adapted to your human capacity, you would never be able to gain a truly comprehensive picture of the events in Creation!

That is why you must also follow me slowly. You must not attempt to take a single step further until you have properly taken in everything I have explained, indelibly; for otherwise, despite my guidance, you may and will become helpless along the way. Unconscious following brings you no benefit.

Bear in mind, you are following me along a path from which I shall not return with you! Together we are climbing a ladder on which not a single rung must be missing for you. We proceed rung by rung.

If you do not experience the individual rungs properly in the process, so that they truly become familiar to you, it can easily happen that you suddenly lose your footing while still on the way and must fall. If they have not become familiar to you and your own, one day you might find yourself confused at perhaps already a considerable height, no longer be able to continue upwards, because you lack the secure footing for it beneath your feet. But you cannot go back down either, because the rungs have not become familiar enough to you, and so you must plunge down in a sudden fall.

Do not take such a warning and admonition too lightly, for your entire existence is at stake in these final earthly hours of a Cosmic epoch.
