18. Omnipresence
God is omnipresent! This is already taught to children in schools! It is so familiar and self-evident to people who still believe in God that they do not consider it necessary to think deeply about whether they truly understand what they are saying.
But if one demands an explanation of how they conceive this, wisdom immediately ceases, and they themselves recognize that the word “omnipresent” does not yet contain the knowledge of its meaning.
Humans have the Word, but not the understanding. And that, after all, is what matters most. Knowledge is of no use where understanding is lacking! People know the meaning of the term “omnipresent”. But knowing the meaning is not the same as understanding, not grasping its sense.
So, I refer you to my lecture: “Life”. God is the Life! He alone! Everything else is merely a sequence of movements arising from the pressure of the Radiation of Life.
A person who seeks to implore something in the most heartfelt prayer establishes, through their attitude, contact with the place from where help can come to them. I have already mentioned this before in my explanations relating to the effect of prayer. By prayer, I mean that one should not think of plea, but of worship – worship and veneration! Every deepening of the human spirit in this way is nothing other than a seeking for connection! Seeking connection with the Light, the Purity and the Life! In the process, the desires and longings of the human spirit expand. It gropes spiritually for the Luminous Heights. And if it searches earnestly, it will find what Christ has already promised. He finds the connection with Life! But only connection, not Life Itself!
The same process occurs when humans call for the Son of Man. In intense, pure longing they find the way to Him spiritually. But when they are on the right path, then they also sense Him; those who are allowed to see spiritually, even see Him before them, alive – yes, often speaking and responding to what weighs heavily on them.
In their pure longing, the supplicants find the way of connection to Him. Remember this! He does not go to them! And so it happens that thousands in the universe speak to Him at the same time, see Him before them, acting according to the kind and Law of Light, punishing or helping, and He Himself … feels nothing of it, even though what these people see or hear spiritually actually happens! He is not burdened by it.
If all creatures in all Creation simultaneously sought connection with Him in the right way, they would all perceive Him, would also receive what they asked for, depending on the earnestness and purity of their requests They would behold Him partially, not only in all places on Earth, but in all places in the World simultaneously. Yet He cannot grow weary of it, He will never be weakened by it ... because in Him is the Life which does not pass away, but remains eternally renewing itself, in short: because “He is!”
Around Him revolve the human spirits in their coming into being, maturing or dissolution. Everyone can find a connection with Him, at any time, if one only wants to seek it honestly.
During the Judgement, however, this connection is forced upon everyone through their earthly human existence! By becoming an earthly human being, He entered into, and at the same time stands, within all forms of creation themselves. Through this, all things of this Creation come directly into close connection with Him. There could remain no gap, no hindrance to the penetration of His radiations. He thereby also brought them into the ethereal and the gross material planes, so that everything may be directed towards Him!
Therefore, you will find that in prayer or earnest seeking there is only one connecting-path to God, and this makes Him seem to you as omnipresent as you have thought until now. Even a blasphemer finds the connecting path quickly, for their intuitions are indeed oriented towards God, albeit in an evil sense. This is why there are many examples of such a person very often being struck down in the very moment of the transgression, or soon afterwards. They found a connecting path, and the Living Force acted upon them quickly. It goes without saying that It had to unleash Itself destructively upon them. This is why such miracles occur, in which ignorant fanatics may see as arbitrary, punitive acts of God’s Will, when in reality they are and remain the effects of fixed Laws.
Thus, omnipresence has only been misunderstood. Omnipresence might better be described by the term: always present! Thus, always to be found at all times, whenever one searches.
The external manifestation of events only deceived people. They proceeded from the false principle of thinking that God cares for them personally and woos them, also surrounds them protectively. They did not consider of the fact that they themselves must do everything to strive for the necessary connection, which they have always unconsciously fulfilled through true prayer according to the Laws of Creation. They did not want to believe that it is only by the Laws of God resting in Creation that surround them and automatically triggered every reward and punishment.
To be omnipresent actually means nothing other than being reachable from any place in Creation.
But even that must be accepted with limitations, because it is literally true when it says: “Before God everything dissolves!” There is a vast gulf! Not a single creature can step directly before God, that is, to reach Him, unless they themselves come directly from God! This is possible only for only two Beings: the Son of God and the Son of Man. Everything else would and must dissolve immediately before Him. They could therefore never stand before Him in consciousness.
It is only possible for the human spirit to find the path of connection to God. According to the fulfilment and proclamation for all eternity, this path of connection is now the Son of Man, as He is promised as the eternal Mediator. This is why the human spirit always encounters Him in every case when earnestly seeking. Through Him, the help is given to that which the seekers truly attuned themselves in the retroactive effect!
Thus the Son of Man also appears to humans as omnipresent, meaning, the individual encounters Him when he asks rightly; they find Him! This has the same effect as if the Son of Man were with them; as they are connected to Him in such moments through a path of radiation that also shows the image of the Son of Man.
Therefore, everything that happens to you can therefore be traced back to your actions; for in you alone is firmly anchored the mysterious lever that determines your destiny, every single experience. How you set the course, that is where the carriage of life will take you! Never forget this; for the experience of every moment is very closely connected with it!
But the Son of Man is! God placed Him into Creation as Force from His Force! You revolve around Him, and everything that meets you from Him, whether love or rejection, you create for yourselves by your attitude! When you earnestly seek Him in pure supplication, He stands before you at all times; for in doing so, you step onto the connecting path to Him with your spirit, and see or feel Him. In this Living Law lies the meaning of omnipresence!
